How to Whitelist us on Gmail

The easiest way to whitelist our membership email address and domain is to make an email filter.
1.    Open Gmail.
2.    Find our initial email and move it into your primary mailbox if it is not already there.
3.    In the upper-right corner, of gmail, select (look for the gear) the Settings icon.
1.    choose Settings from the menu
4.    Select Filters and Blocked Addresses.
5.    Select Create a new filter.
6.    Scroll down as needed because you may already have a few in the list.
1.    So the button may be down a little.
7.    You will see a dialog box appear.  In the From field, type the email address you want to whitelist. Be sure to type the full email address, like happy@hotmail.com.
1.    To whitelist every email address from a particular domain, type just that domain name, like @aol.com.
8.    Look downs at the bottom of the dialog box, select Create filter.
9.    On the next screen, tell Gmail what to do with the email address or domain you just indicated.
1.    To do so, select Never send it to Spam.
2.    To finish the process, select Create filter.
3.    It is best to select the domain.  We may have several team members working with you.
10.    Be sure to open the email now and complete the instructions.  If your bonus includes a Mini Course delivered over several issues, you may want to create a special folder now to collect those lessons and training.
11.    It is always good at this point to save us into your contacts now.
