Amazon Product has Fake Reviews

To check if the reviews are genuine, find any product on Amazon. Go to the product page, and then copy the URL (the whole web address at the top). Then paste this into the bar at the homepage of the fake spot. Then, the fake spots will give you a bunch of information on the quality of the product reviews. Basically, if the product has an A, you should be good to go. If it has a B, C, or D, you should do some more research.

If it has an F, you almost definitely want to steer clear, but if it’s a product you really want, do some more research. This is because the reviews may be fake, but that doesn’t mean the product is terrible, just that there is probably one out there that is better for the same or lower price.

Amazon’s “Reviews” feature should make choosing the best buy for your buck a bit easier, but with the rise of fake and paid reviews, these reviews can’t always be trusted.

And investigate the user’s review history

If you’re looking to verify that a product review is from a real person, you may want to start by clicking on the reviewer’s profile and looking at their activity. Just like other kinds of spam profiles, a human eye will be able to detect these suspicious profiles better than a computer algorithm.
